It said in a statement on Saturday that the committee, also grouping relatives of those dismissed by the PA for political affiliation, would hold the rally in front of Al-Khalil district building.
The committee said that the rally would highlight the suffering of detainees and the dismissed employees in the West Bank and would demand an end to such practice.
It said that terminating such practices would indicate the Fatah-controlled authority's seriousness in healing the internal rift and provide appropriate atmosphere for reconciliation.
