Ex-preacher of Aqsa: Makka and Medina holy sites are also not immune from danger

CAIRO, (PIC)-- Former preacher of the Aqsa Mosque Dr. Yousuf Salama warned Wednesday that Makkah and Medina holy sites would not be immune from the Zionist danger if the Muslim Nation and the Arab regimes persisted in their passivity towards Israel’s moves to Judaize Palestine mosques, atop of them is the Aqsa Mosque.

“If the nation gave up the Aqsa Mosque and kept silent towards the Zionist attempts to Judaize Jerusalem, it would also relinquish Makkah and Medina which are both at the top of the Islamic holy sites,” Dr. Khatib told the Palestinian information center (PIC).

He also noted that the Aqsa Mosque’s structure and foundations were weakened by the ongoing Israeli excavations underground and might collapse any moment.

The holy Mosque preacher emphasized that any Muslim not trying to protect the Aqsa Mosque and confront the attempts to Judaize it is sinful and must ask for divine forgiveness.

The preacher pointed out that he lately sent a letter to the secretary-general of the Arab league demanding him to place the issue of Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque on the agenda of the coming Arab summit.
