Israel Holds War Games… Hezbollah Calls for Lebanese Action

Member of the Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc in Lebanon MP Nawwaf Moussawi stressed on Friday the need for Lebanon to take an official stance and respond to Israeli leaks of military and security plans to attack Lebanon, as Israeli press reported that the Israeli occupation military held a set of war games aimed at preparing the army for all-out war with Hezbollah.

Speaking during a political meeting at the southern town of Siddiqin, Moussawi called on Lebanese authorities to respond to Israeli leaks of military and security plans to attack Lebanon through a political-diplomatic-media campaign to prevent the Israeli enemy of misleading the international public opinion in relation to the Israeli massacres against humanity committed in Lebanon.

"Lebanon should assert that it has always been a victim of Israeli aggression and it has the right to take defensive measures against it," the Hezbollah lawmaker highlighted.

"The leaks should not be met with silence, but the Israeli military and political criminals should be put on trial," Moussawi pointed out. He urged the Justice Ministry to help in suing the Israeli war criminals before the concerned international judicial sides, and called on the Lebanese foreign ministry to charge Lebanon's ambassadors to foreign countries to take the emergency procedures to highlight Israel's war crimes.

Earlier this week, the Israeli occupation military held a set of war games aimed at preparing the army for all-out war with Hezbollah, Syria and Hamas, Israeli daily the Jerusalem Post reported.
