Military court of LebanonThe government commissioner to the military court charged on Friday two employees at the state-owned Ogero telecom company with collaborating with the Zionist entity.

Shawqi Z., 42, and Walid Q. were arrested by the Lebanese army intelligence in southern Lebanon on suspicion of spying for the enemy, As Safir daily said.
The tow spies were arrested after Lebanese intelligence carried out a simultaneous raid on the house of Shawqi in the town of Abra east of the city of Sidon and the home of Walid in Kfarjarra in the district of Jezzine, a security source told Lebanese daily As Safir.

After interrogation at the headquarters of the army intelligence in Yarze, the military referred the two suspects to the military prosecution for further questioning, the source stated.

Asked if the disloyal men have admitted to collaborating with the Zionist enemy or if they belonged to a spying network, the source refused to give further details, saying the case was now being solved by the military judiciary.

However, he said “there is information that there had been contact between them and their agents (abroad) not very long time ago.”

According to As Safir, Walid is married to three women and is suffering from financial problems.
