On Wednesday, a remote-controlled explosive device planted by Hizbullah fighters blasted an Israeli tank injuring three Israeli soldiers inside. The incident happened near the Sadan Israeli military post in the Israeli-occupied Shebaa Farms, southern Lebanon. It’s the only Lebanese territory remains occupied by the Jewish army since it was forced by Hizbullah to withdraw from the rest of southern Lebanon in May 2000 after 18-year of armed resistance.
“Two soldiers were injured by an explosive device. It was activated against them during activity near the Lebanon border,” an Israeli military spokeswoman told AFP.
The Jewish army later launched dozens of artillery shells onto the occupied Lebanese Heights of Kfar Shuba.
Hizbullah sources have claimed that the raid was carried out in retaliation to Israeli military’s assassination of Ali Hassan Haidar on September 5 , when an Israeli spying device in Lebanon was detonated remotely as he tried to dismantle it.
It was a clear warning to the Zionist regime that its every crime will be responded in due time.
Since its 2006 defeat at the hands of Hizbullah fighters, the Zionist regime has accused Hizbullah for every Mossad false flag operations in Turkey, India, Argentina, Bulgaria, etc. Netanyahu has been threatening Hizbullah for years without taking an open military action against Lebanon.
On August 7, 2006, Steven Erlanger, wrote in the Jew York Times that “a disciplined Hizbullah surprised Israel with its training, tactics and weapons. Erlanger was at a loss to admit, though, that while Israeli army had America’s most advanced jet fighters, tanks, deadly missiles, nuclear-equipped navy ships – Hizbullah fought with only rockets and guns.
Last year, former Israeli security council member, Lt. Gen. Goira Eiland admitted that in the future war with Hizbullah, “the results will be much like 2006 if not worse” – in other words, Israel will suffer another defeat.
Early this year, Hizbullah fighters played a significant part in helping Syrian army to defeat ISIL and other US-Israel funded militants in Syria. On July 16, 2014, Syrian president Bashar al-Assad thanked Hizbullah for latter’s sacrifices.
Last year, professor Hilal Khashan (American University of Beirut) penned a Zionist crap for the Middle East Forum, a brainchild of Islamophobe Jewish activist Dr. Daniel Pipes. In the article, entitled, Hizbullah’s Plan for Lebanon, Khashan claimed that Hizbullah’s aim is to establish an Islamic State in Lebanon by “marginalizing” countries Sunni Muslims. I’m sure the Zionist idiot is aware of the fact that Shias make the largest religious community (40%) but has the least representation in Lebanon’s government and parliament under the country’s Constitution imposed by the French colonists.
“I don’t think the main issue is only that Israel continues to occupy Lebanese land, which it does. The greater issue, I think, more significant, which impacts on people’s daily lives is really the lack of political sovereignty insofar as Lebanon’s fate is in the hands of the United States and foreign powers. And, of course, Syria continues to attempt, at least, to destabilize Lebanon. That’s to some extent very probable. But at the same time, Syria does not have much influence in Lebanon anymore. It withdrew its forces from the country. Hezbollah is not a Syrian tool. Therefore, I can’t say that Syria has a strong foothold in Lebanon. It doesn’t at all, in fact. The strongest power in Lebanon today is the United States. The Siniora government, unfortunately, has not been able to strengthen its position, which it could if it formed a national unity government with the opposition. If it weren’t for the United States, I believe this government would have formed a national unity government. The U.S. has been the main obstacle to any resolution to this political crisis today. And it has made its objection to a national unity government very clear and plain on several occasions. This is not simply an analysis. It’s a fact. The U.S. does not want to see a government of national unity, early elections, or anything else that could solve the current political crisis, which is costing this nation economically, socially, and politically,” professor Amal Saad-Ghorayeb (American University of Beirut) during an interview she gave to David Barsamian on June 19, 2007.
