Well-informed Lebanese source told As-Safir newspaper that Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai said before a narrow circle of assistants in the Patriarchal in Bkirki said, "If the Christians in Lebanon were surveyed about the current developments, they would reiterate that without Hezbollah, ISIL would have been in Jounieh."
It is worth noting that Jounieh is a Lebanese Christian town about 16 km (10 mi) north of Beirut.
