بات الحديث عن الدور التركي في ما يتعلق بالوضع الأمني في سورية، الذي يأتي ضمن موجة من الحراك السياسي والإجتماعي في العالم العربي، ضرورياً لقراءة صحيحة لما يجري أو سيجري. الحدود المشتركة بين البلدين والبالغة أكثر من ثمانمئة كلم والخصوصية الديموغرافية السورية خصوصاً لجهة التواجد الإسلامي والكردي، يجعل من كل ما يجري هناك "مسألة داخلية تركية"، كما سبق أن أعلن رئيس الحكومة التركي رجب طيب أردوغان. تدرج الموقف التركي بدءاً من إغداق النصائح على مسامع النظام السوري وصولاً إلى الإعلان عن تدخل عسكري وإنشاء لمنطقة عازلة، وكلام أردوغان عن "ارتكاب فظاعات" وعن سيناريوهات محتملة أكد نهاية حقبة المناورة التركية الناعمة اتجاه دمشق وبداية حقبة جديدة تستند إلى قاعدة أساسية: أمن تركيا وسعيها لاحتلال الموقع الأكثر تأثيراً في الشرق الأوسط.
"نحن نتابع التطورات السورية عن كثب ، ونتلقى تقارير استخبارية على مدار الساعة، وقد اتخذنا كل الاستعدادات المدنية والعسكرية لمواجهة أسوأ السيناريوات. من الواضح أن الأحداث لا تسير بالاتجاه السليم، لذلك اتخذت تركيا وستتخذ كل الاجراءات لمواجهة كل شيء"، هذا ما قاله الرئيس التركي عبد الله غول. تحدث الرئيس التركي عن سيناريوهات محتملة سبق أن كتبت عنها صحيفة "حرييت" عن أن الحكومة والجيش يستعدان للتدخل في الأراضي السورية لإقامة منطقة فاصلة بين تركيا وسورية، في ظل تحميل رئيس الحكومة رجب طيب أردوغان شقيق الرئيس السوري ماهر الأسد مسؤولية " الفظاعات التي ترتكبها أجهزة الأمن السوري والتي تجعل من تركيا عاجزة عن الدفاع عن سورية أمام مجلس الأمن".
وتأتي تصريحات الثنائي أوغلو- أردوغان على وقع الإنتخابات البرلمانية التركية المحسومة لصالح حزب العدالة والتنمية برئاسة أردوغان الساعي لاحتلال منصب الرئاسة في البلاد. انطلاقاً من هذا الواقع، يرى الخبير في الشأن التركي محمد نور الدين أنه " من أساليب حزب العدالة والتنمية لبلوغ غاياته الإنتخابية، مواقفه المحتضنة للمعارضة السورية بهدف كسب المزيد من الأصوات الإسلامية الإضافية، تحت شعار أن المسلمين يذبحون في سورية". ويذكر نور الدين في مقالة له في جريدة السفير أن تركيا مستمرة "في سياسة التوازنات بين الغرب (الأطلسي واسرائيل) والشرق، والإستمرار في التفاعل الإقتصادي مع مراكز القوى العالمية وممارسة أدوار الوساطة حيثما تيسر".
طموح تركي...وتدخل عسكري غير مستبعد في سورية
يرى الصحافي في جريدة الأخبار ارنست خوري أن سورية هي بوابة عودة تركيا إلى العالم العربي وأن أي حرب أهلية في سورية قد تكون بمثابة كارثة بالنسبة للأتراك أمنياً واقتصادياً". وفي اتصال مع موقع المنار الإلكتروني، أوضح خوري أن" ما تردد عن إنشاء منطقة عازلة يهدف إلى شق جزء من الأراضي السورية والتركية لإقامة مخيم كبير للاجئين السوريين، خصوصاً أن عدد النازحين بلغ 2400 نازح خلال يوم واحد، إضافة إلى ذلك فإن هذه المنطقة العازلة تهدف إلى منع حزب العمال الكردستاني من استغلال الأمور داخل سورية والقيام بعمليات عسكرية".
ولا يستبعد خوري إرسال فرق عسكرية خاصة إلى سورية خصوصاً "في حال انتقال الأزمة إلى مدينة حلب، ثاني أكبر مدينة في سورية، والتي تتسم بخصوصية ديموغرافية لجهة الخليط الإسلامي المسيحي الكردي فيها، حيث قد يؤثر أي خلل أمني فيها على تركيا مباشرة".
ويضيف خوري أن تركيا لا تخفي طموحها المتمثل بلعب دور اقليمي مؤثر وأن تكون الدولة الأكثر نفوذاً في المنطقة، وانطلاقاً من هنا "تسعى لمبارزة روسيا على لعب دور الوساطة بين القذافي والثوار والذي برز من خلال تصريح أردوغان الداعي إلى تنحي القذافي مقابل منحه ضمانات، خصوصاً أن لتركيا مصالح اقتصادية كبرى في ليبيا تدفعها للمناورة بذكاء، فموقفها مما يجري بقي غامضاً حتى تأكدها من انتهاء دور القذافي".
يذكر أنه في عام 1998 هددت تركيا باجتياح الأراضي السورية بحجة وقف هجمات حزب العمال الكردستاني وايواء قائد الحزب عبد الله اوجلان في الأراضي السورية. لكن خروج اوجلان من سورية وتهديد ليبيا بطرد الشركات التركية من أراضيها منع أنقرة من تنفيذ تهديدها.
يصحّ القول أن سورية هي الخاصرة الأمنية لتركيا، لكن الطموح الأردوغاني قد لا يصيب أهدافه في حال حدوث تشرذم قد يؤدي إلى انفجار هذه الخاصرة وتحولها منفذاً لتسلل الفوضى إلى تركيا. فهل يضمن حزب العدالة والتنمية وجود بديل لنظام الأسد يحظى بدعم جميع أطياف المعارضة ذات المشاريع المتناقضة؟
