Lieberman: My gov't will not apologize to Turkey
[ 24/07/2011 - 02:44 PM ]
OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Israel's foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman renewed his government's insistence on not apologizing to Turkey over the killing of nine Turkish aid activists on board of a ship heading to the besieged Gaza Strip last year.
Extremist Zionist leader Lieberman was quoted as saying by the Hebrew radio on Sunday that the ball is in Turkey's court and there is no reason forcing Israel to apologize to Turkey.
The eight members of the Israeli ministerial forum are expected to meet on Sunday to decide whether Israel should apologize for its killing of Turkish activists in international waters.
