Israeli Rabbinical Court Sentences Dog to Death by Stoning

Local Editor
A Rabbinical court in occupied Al-Quds issued a death sentence by stoning against a wandering dog that came into the courtroom.

The absurd sentence came as one of the court judges assumed that the spirit of a famous lawyer who cursed the court 20 years ago was transferred into the dog’s body.

According to Zionist website Ynetnews, “a large dog entered the Monetary Affairs Court near the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Mea Shearim. The dog scared the court's visitors and refused to leave even after they attempted to drive him away”.

“One of the judges suddenly recalled that about 20 years ago, a famous secular lawyer who insulted the court was cursed by the panel of judges, who wished that his spirit would move on to the body of a dog… the lawyer passed away several years ago”, the website added.

In response, one of the judges sentenced the dog to death by stoning and recruited the children in the neighborhood to carry out the order.

However, the innocent dog was able to escape.
