Army Units control Jisr al-Shaghour, hunt the defeated armed terrorist groups in surrounding mountains
IDLEB- Army Units completely control Jisr al-Shaghour and hunt the defeated armed terrorist groups in the surrounding mountains and forests, SANA Reporter in Idleb said.
Earlier, Army units entered Jisr al-Shughour city in Idleb after dismantling explosives and explosive charges of dynamite planted by the organized armed groups on bridges and roads.
SANA correspondent in Idleb reported fierce clashes took place between the army units and the armed members in Jisr al-Shughour.
One army soldier martyred and four others wounded during clashes with members of the armed groups in Jisr al-Shughour.
The correspondent said people in alkseer village in Jisr al-Shughour welcomed the army with flowers and rice, denying that they were abused by the army.
Two gunmen were killed and many others were arrested during the clashes. Machineguns were seized with the armed groups members.
A mass grave containing bodies of security forces personnel, who were killed by the armed terrorist groups in Jisr al-Shughour, was discovered at the presence of more than 20 Arab and foreign mass media, SANA correspondent in Idleb said.
The correspondent spoke about the atrocities perpetrated by the terrorist groups and the martyrs' bodies mutilation.
He added that a member of the terrorist groups confessed committing massacres and making mass graves against police and security forces in Jisr al-Shughour.
He indicated that ten bodies were exhumed from the mass grave, and the heads and limbs of most of them were cut with cleavers and they were shot in different parts.

IDLEB_ Army units arrested on Saturday two leading groups of the armed gangs in Jisr al-Shughour. Machineguns, explosives, electric detonators and Turkish SIM cards were seized from the arrested armed groups.

Members of these terrorist groups and snipers were centered in the mountains and forests to target the army, people and media correspondents.

Northern of Ishtabraq village, adjacent to the city, witnessed the worst clashes between the army soldiers and these gangs who repeated the scenario of burning jungles and crops, especially in Hirsh Haloz area.

SANA Correspondent in Idleb said that media correspondents and photographers were ambushed at the entrance of Jisr al-Shughour by the armed terrorist groups which opened heavy fire on them, yet all the correspondents and photographers are fine and no casualties among them were reported.

Earlier, in a response to the citizens' appeal in Jisr al-Shughour, the army units on Friday started their missions in hunting the armed groups to arrest their members in the villages surrounding the area.

People of villages surrounding the city expressed happiness over the arrival of the army, saying that they are feeling safe again after being terrorized by the armed terrorists.
