AMMAN, (PIC)-- Director of Hamas's international relations Osama Hamdan described on Sunday the release of the five hunger strikers from West Bank jails and their detention once again as a play that was performed well be both the Palestinian authority (PA) and Israel.

In a press statement to the Jordanian newspaper Assabeel, Hamdan explained that when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Al-Khalil city to detain the hunger strikers and kill Omar Al-Qawasmi, the PA security policemen as always disappeared from Al-Khalil streets, but immediately after the IOF withdrew, the PA policemen showed up again and started to arrest some citizens because they hailed Hamas during their participation in Qawasmi's funeral.

"Where were these heroes (PA policemen) when the occupation forces assassinated martyr Qawasmi and kidnapped these young men?" The Hamas official sarcastically questioned.

"This means that there is complete security collusion with the occupation, and not just that these security apparatuses are incapable of confronting the occupation, but they collaborate with it to the greatest extent," he stressed.
