GAZA, (PIC)-- Independent MP Jamal Al-Khudari, the head of the popular committee against the siege, has invited the Arab foreign ministers to hold a special session in Gaza Strip that would practically declare an end to the siege on Gaza.

Khudari, in a press release on Sunday, welcomed the statement by Arab League Secretary General Amr Mousa on arrival in Gaza in which he called for implementing the former Arab decision to break the Gaza siege.

He said that the Palestinian people wish that Mousa's visit would constitute the first real action toward breaking the siege and opening Gaza crossings.

Such an important visit would play a big role in boosting the Palestinian people's steadfastness especially when all were awaiting the implementation of the Arab League resolutions in this regard and employing the funds allocated for the reconstruction of Gaza, Khudari concluded.
